Yes. Virtual sessions can still be deeply connected, creative, and effective — pajamas included.

My work is relational, creative, and collaborative. I draw from expressive arts therapy, trauma-informed care, attachment-based work, and nervous-system–aware practices. Therapy with me is not just about talking—it can include music, art, movement, metaphor, and play, depending on what feels supportive for you.
-
My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. As a former foster parent, someone who has struggled with family-building, a neurodivergent adult, and a practicing artist, I have unique insight into the complexity of these challenges. This allows me to meet clients where they are—with empathy, insight, and creative strategies that can help one manage life outside the therapy space.

Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we draw, move, play, make music, or sit quietly. Sometimes we follow a plan; sometimes we follow curiosity. Sessions adapt to the person in the room—whether that’s a child, a teen, an adult, or a whole family system.

Meeting someone new, especially a therapist, can feel awkward. Think of it as a low-key, casual orientation. We’ll chat about what brings you in and see how it feels to be in the space together - pressure and judgment-free
-
Play is communication. For children, play can say what words can’t yet. For teens and adults, creativity often opens doors that conversation alone can’t.
-
I do! I provide therapy for adults across the lifespan, including older adults. My specialties are children, teens, families, and creative adults, but I welcome clients of all ages.
-
Nope. No talent required, no pressure to perform. Creativity here is about expression, not skill. You will never be forced to do anything you don’t want or aren’t ready to do. Treatment plans are individualized and expressive arts interventions are not used for everyone.

A: Your health and the health of everyone in the office is very important to me. If you or your child are experiencing symptoms like fever, cough, vomiting, or other signs of illness, please let me know as soon as possible. When possible, we can switch your session to telehealth so therapy can continue safely. If telehealth isn’t a good fit for that day, we’ll work together to reschedule. This helps keep our space safe, welcoming, and healthy for all clients.

That’s part of the process. You’re allowed to be curious, cautious, or unsure. Reaching out doesn’t lock you into anything—it just opens a conversation.

You can reach out through the contact form or email to schedule a consultation or first session/intake. I’ll follow up with next steps and answer any questions you may have.
